Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and final sale products are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monashops.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to replace an item, please request a return and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All items marked as final sale, including clearance and promotional products, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
